Strange layout. Tee boxes are in terrible shape. You need to tee up all your wedges, as the ground feels like a hardpan. Greens are okay. Prepare to hit the same clubs quite often. Holes have very similar lengths. On the bright side: seems to be always pretty empty.

What a gem. Played nine holes in an hour. Greens were better than most regulation courses, and inexpensive, too.
